Dripping with charm and style, I helped these sellers assess which last-minute repairs were necessary, pull together a history of maintenance and treatment, partnered with a local vintage shop for next-level staging, and did paid advertising with a notable Austin area Instagram that promotes charming homes. The post did so well that it got picked up by a major national brand! I was so excited for my clients and we quickly got multiple offers despite it being a slower market for sellers.
